women's rights convention

Elizabeth C. Stanton (left) and Susan B. Anthony (right) met in 1851 to begin the long struggle of securing women's equal rights in voting.



This is the home of Elizabeth Cady Stanton where she lived in Seneca Falls, NY.








300 people attended the women's rights convention and only 40






of which were men. About 100 people signed this declaration of sentiments however some later withdrew their names.
