On the top right is a picture at a train station, where an African American man could not go into the waiting room because of his race. It was a typical thing to have happening back when there were still Jim Crow Laws. The one thing with Jim Crow Laws though is that they were everywhere you went. they were for drinking fountains, restraunts, buses, and even places where people worked. There was major segregation everywhere they went, you couldn't escape it.
On the top left is a picture of the song book that is where the name Jim Crow came from.
